RAPID FIT | Tues: 6:00am

BOXFIT | WED: 6:15pm

Encompass both the technical aspects of boxing, along with core strengthening exercises. Using & learning boxing skills such as throwing jabs, hooks and uppercuts, whilst working at an intense pace.

Max Burn | Thurs: 6:30pm

Combine high intensity training with cardio in this high energy workout. Build stamina & improve coordination at an intense pace to burn calories. 

LEAN & TONE | Tues: 7:00pm

A full body workout combining body-weight and weights. Work your entire body in this high intensity sweat sesh.

FIT AF | Fri: 6:15am

AB BLASTER | MON: 9:00am

Focus on your lower body and core in this high intensity sweat sesh. Build core & booty muscle groups. 

BOOTCAMP | Sat: 9:30am

A lower body focused sweat sesh. Grow those muscles in your glutes & legs.
